- WebArt Technology reserves the right to showcase any professional work completed for clients in its portfolio or promotional materials.

Under this agreement, the developer reserves the right to refuse handling or processing of any materials that:
- Contain viruses or malicious programs.

5. Domain Names
WebArt Technology reserves the right to purchase domain names on behalf of clients in their best interest. The purchased domain name will be registered in the client's name but may use WebArt Technology's contact information for administrative or technical purposes.

6. Third-Party Services
WebArt Technology may use third-party services such as credit card processors, hosting providers, or integrations to complete project requirements. - All new projects require an advance deposit before commencement of work.
